All beard products are homemade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Our items are made with natural ingredients and are considered personal care products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

 

Return Eligibility 

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• Your package was lost in transit and verified with carrier.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hisbeardis4her@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the issue.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return or issue is approved, you can choose between:

• A replacement item, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and prepared for shipment.
